By accessing, browsing, or using this website (“Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Copyright & Use Agreement.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this Site, including but not limited to:

Artwork, sculptures, images, photographs, drawings, and designs
Text, artist statements, written materials, and descriptions
Logos, signatures, fonts, branding, and visual elements
Layout, structure, and original concepts

are the exclusive intellectual property of Stephen “Otter” Otten (“Artist”), unless otherwise explicitly stated.

All intellectual property is protected under United States copyright law, international copyright treaties, and applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not, without prior written permission from the Artist:

Copy, download, reproduce, duplicate, or distribute any artwork or content
Display, publish, transmit, sell, license, or commercially exploit any content
Modify, alter, manipulate, or create derivative works from any artwork
Use any images or content for training artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or datasets
Use any content for NFTs, digital assets, merchandise, prints, or resale
Use any automated system, bot, scraper, crawler, or manual process to extract content

Unauthorized use of any artwork or content constitutes a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action, including claims for damages.

3. No Implied License

Nothing on this Site shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any artwork or content, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, except as explicitly permitted in writing by the Artist.

Viewing content on this Site does not grant permission to copy, save, screenshot, or reuse any materials.

4. Press & Media Use (Limited Exception)

Certain images may be made available through an official Press Kit or Media Resources section of this Site.

If provided, such images may be used only for:

Editorial coverage
Exhibition promotion
Educational or informational purposes directly related to the Artist

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

The Artist actively monitors the use of his artwork and reserves the right to:

Pursue takedown requests under the DMCA
Seek injunctive relief
Pursue civil damages for unauthorized use

Failure to comply with this Agreement may result in legal consequences.

6. Termination of Access

The Artist reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to this Site for any user who violates this Agreement or engages in unauthorized use of the content.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Copyright & Use Agreement.
